Friendly helpful sales people. They make their own cables (XLR, instrument, TRS) and guarantee for life. They made me a custom XLR stereo mic cable very reasonable price. I’ve also purchased their stock 1/4” TRS cables. Seems that everyone who works there is a musician or in some way actually uses their own products, which is great.

Shout out to Performance Audio for tuning up my turntables this week. That was my second time bringing in my 20-year-old Technics SL-1200M3Ds for a tune-up at Performance Audio. They cleaned them, tuned my pitch-adjust sliders, lubricated the sliders and the counter balance, special ordered a tiny screw I was missing, and probably lots of other stuff I don't even know about. I recommend getting your turntables tuned up at Performance Audio.

I've been shopping at Performance Audio for years... I've bought 2 sets of monitors they helped service one that had a faulty amp a few years back. They have great quality cables with decent prices and a fantastic demo room to listen to the speakers of your choice. I could not recommend them enough.
